Chapel kebab Recipe

Kebab is the most popular dish in Asia. There is no party or, occasion function without kebabs. There are many types of kabab like shami kebab, chapel kebab, reshmi kebab, behari kebab, gola kebab ….

Chapel kebabs, peshwari kebab are like in all over the world. Its main ingredient is meat but many people used mutton, chicken, as they like. Here is the recipe of crispy chapel kebab.

Ingredients:

  • Minced beef: 1 kg
  • Cooking oil: 2 cup
  • Chopped onion: 1 cup
  • Ginger paste: 1.5 Tbsp
  • Garlic paste: 1.5 Tbsp
  • Eggs: 4
  • Bread: 2slice
  • Green chili: 4pcs
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black paper: 1Tbsp
  • Red chili powder: 1Ttbsp
  • Tomatoes: 4pcs
  • 2corn flour: 3 TBSP

Procedure/Method:

Mixed all ingredient in a bowl expect sliced tomatoes and bread in a large bowl and refrigerate 1 hour for marinate. Dipping fingers in oil pull out about one portion of meet form into a ball.

Spread alight layer of oil in circle on working space about the width of your hand. Put meet mixture ball in oiled surface and pat down intoa1\2 thick with round patty. Gently press one slice of tomato in middle of patty.

Heat oil in pan gently lifts meet patty work space and place tomato side up in pan. Cook until golden from bottom and gently flipped over cook for few more minutes until golden and cooked through.
