Chicken Cheese Balls Recipe


200g Boiled Chicken (Chopped)

200g Refined Flour

2 Eggs

2 Table Spoon Butter

1 Capsicum


1 Onion

4 Table Spoon Mayonnaise

Salt as desired and Oil for Frying


First of all add butter, one egg and water in refined four and knead them well until hard dough and left a side to set it. Now cut the dough into round and then sprinkle refine flour on board. Then put chopped chicken and cheese, onion, mayonnaise and salt into a bowl and mix them. Then place that mixture in the center of rounds. Now take egg and beat it and apply on round and cover it with the other rounds and then make desired balls. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken balls until its color change into golden. When they change into golden color put them on absorption paper. Now chicken cheese balls are ready to serve.
