250g Boneless Chicken
4 Tablespoon Floor
1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Onion and Chicken Spice Powder
8 Bread Slices
Take a bowl and add chicken in it and further add black pepper, salt, mustard powder and onion powder in it and mix well. Now take another bowl and add flour, black pepper, sugar, onion or chicken spice and mustard powder and mix it well. On other hand grind bread slices for crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and pick pieces of chicken and roll it into flour mixture and dip it into egg and at latest roll into crumbs and fry at golden color after that cut the fried piece into small pieces.
