Crunchy Fillet Burger Recipe

Crunchy fillet burger is easy to make and it is most popular and yummy and serve with tomato ketchup and fries.

Crunchy fillet burger takes 20 minutes for preparation and 20 to 25 minutes for cook and 4 can serve with tomato ketchup or with fries.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breast Fillet
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 Cheese Slices
  • 4 Tablespoon Mayonnaise – Mixed with vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Batter

  • 3 Tablespoon Flour’
  • 2 Tablespoon Corn flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt to taste

Procedure/Method:

Take a bowl and add batter ingredients in it and mix well and make batter. Now add chicken pieces in it then marinate for a while. After that heat oil in a pan and fry them till crispy and golden color. Now heat buns and apply mayonnaise and butter on it and put cheese slice, salad leaves, chicken fillet and cover with other bun.

Crunchy fillet burger is ready to serve with fries.
