Gold fish balls are delicious and easy to cook recipe. These fish balls can freeze for long time and available to serve after just fry.
Following fish balls will take 35 minutes for preparation and 10 to 15 minutes for cooking and 3 to 4 can serve.
Below are the ingredients and procedure to make these golden fish balls.
- 250 gm Boneless Fish
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- Egg Albumen
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon all spices
- 6 Bread Slices cuts in small pieces
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander
First of all mix boneless fish pieces with corn flour and egg albumen. Now take breads and cut them into little cubes after removing crusts. Now it is time to make fish ball so, wet your hands and roll the fish mixture and shape as your desire like in balls. Now press them tightly and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. At the end deep fry these balls and serve.
