Mexican Chicken cuisine very spices and delicious, Mexican chicken is colorful and easy recipe that can serve with vegetable rice.
Mexican Chicken recipe will takes 20 minutes for preparation and 40 to 45 minutes for cook and 4 persons can serve it.
Below are the ingredients and procedure to cook Mexican Chicken.
- ½ Kg Chicken Boneless
- 2 Capsicum cut in strips
- 2 Tamatoes cut in strips
- 1 Teaspoon Salt (or as desired)
- 1 Teaspoon Sweet Corns
- ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 3 Green Chilies
- ½ Teaspoon Red Pepper
- 6 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- ¼ Teaspoon White Pepper
- 4 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 2 Tablespoon oil
Procedure/Direction to Cook:
First of all heat oil in a pan and add garlic and sauté. Now add chicken as fry it. After frying chicken add salt, tomato paste, crushed red pepper and red pepper and fry for a while e.g. 5 to 6 minutes.
Now add one cup of water in it and cover it, and leave it for cook. After sometime add remaining ingredients i.e. tomato, capsicum and green chili strips in chicken.
On other hands take a pan and add butter, white pepper and sweet corns in it and fry them. After fry them put the fried sweet corns over the cooked chicken and serve with vegetable rice. For more recipes…
